The ZT series cold-rolled ribbed steel bar equipment production line processes hot-rolled coiled steel bars through cold rolling and surface cold rolling to form bars with three-sided crescent-shaped transverse ribs. These bars are then straightened, cut, and discharged, producing cold-rolled ribbed steel bars ready for direct use in in-situ casting or precasting construction projects. The products comply with the GB13788—2000 standard.
This machine features a high degree of automation and is extremely user-friendly. It is a highly efficient online straightening (one-pass straight bar forming) production line. Compared to coiled cold-rolled ribbed steel bars that require straightening afterward, it can save approximately 30 RMB per ton in production costs.
It is the fastest cold-rolled ribbed steel bar unit, equipped with thirty sets of preset lengths and a high-efficiency shear capable of cutting 500 mm lengths with a precision of 5 mm. It can also operate stably at a speed of 180 meters per minute, making it a uniquely efficient unit currently available.
Structural Features:
1.Exclusive Design: Thirty sets of presets with recyclable settings effectively solve the efficiency loss caused by downtime for size changes, achieving 2–3 times the efficiency of conventional equipment.
2.Innovative Cutting System: Utilizes an AC servo motor with intermittent operation design, resulting in minimal mechanical wear and a long service life. The motor operates for only 0.1 seconds per cut, avoiding issues such as consecutive misfeeds and poor operational reliability.
3.Exclusive Design: Incorporates a dual pay-off stand and wire alignment system, eliminating the need for manual wire feeding. This reduces downtime for threading and welding, thereby enhancing efficiency.
4.Exclusive Design: Equipped with a secondary finished product collection device, facilitating the bundling process.
5.Can be paired with a unique traction machine that operates without lubricating powder or fluid, reducing costs and enabling dust-free production (Model ZT12-10C).
6.The machine adopts a fully roller-type traction and straightening structure, effectively preventing damage to the ribs.
7.This series of cold-rolling equipment can be fitted with alloy wire drawing drums and two horizontal heavy-duty wire drawing machines, offering easy threading and simple adjustment. This avoids issues such as wire breakage due to improper adjustment and unstable product quality.
8.For diameter reductions of approximately 1 mm, a single wire drawing machine can be used, simplifying operation and saving energy.
9.Innovative Cutting System: Employs an AC asynchronous motor with intermittent operation design, resulting in minimal mechanical wear and a long service life. The motor operates for only 0.3 seconds per cut, avoiding issues such as consecutive misfeeds and poor reliability commonly found in traditional straightening machines.
10.Both rolling mills feature an all-steel structure, offering high load-bearing capacity and resistance to damage.
11.The unit is equipped with an AC asynchronous stepless speed regulation motor, featuring a simple control circuit, high reliability, nearly maintenance-free operation, and ease of control. It can also be configured with variable frequency speed regulation.
12.The discharge rack features a 360-degree rotation design, preventing bar clamping and avoiding frequent adjustments and discharge jams.
