Gangli NC Rebar Stirrup Bending Machine: It can process cold-rolled and hot-rolled coiled steel bars, as well as ribbed bars, through straightening, bending, and cutting in a single operation to produce finished products. ● NC Rebar Stirrup Bending Machine
- Feature 1: Straightening System: Employs the multi-wheel group straightening machine structure developed by our factory over many years. It utilizes two sets of multi-wheel straightening—horizontal and vertical. The straightening system incorporates position-shift memory detection. When changing to bars of different diameters, the straightening wheels automatically adjust upward or downward to achieve rapid straightening setup (patented technology), shortening bar straightening time. The entire process is automated. Ten multi-wheel groups synchronously pull the bars, reducing pressure between the wheels and the bars and decreasing traction force, thereby lowering energy consumption and bar loss.
- Feature 2: Cutting System: The cutting unit is equipped with a brake control device without brake pads (invented by our factory). It supports high-speed, frequent start-stop cutting, greatly enhancing reliability and durability.
- Feature 3: Bending: Driven by an imported servo motor. The bending arm can rotate and retract rapidly. The design replaces the eccentric shaft mechanism used by many manufacturers (copying imported bending structures) with a straight reciprocating mechanism, eliminating components prone to eccentric wear.
- Feature 4: Control System: Utilizes advanced PLC program control, a color touch screen display, and button input to reduce the risk of touch screen damage in harsh environments. It comes with built-in graphics for various stirrup shapes. Key components use imported brand-name products. It features fault identification and alarm functions.
- Feature 5: Operator Console: To minimize the space occupied by the console and its impact on the surroundings, as well as the safety hazard of control cables on the ground, the new model integrates the operation panel into the main machine, allowing it to slide left and right.
