NC Rebar Bending Machine: It can straighten, bend, and cut cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, hot-rolled Grade III steel coiled bars, and plain round steel bars in one continuous process to produce stirrups and slab reinforcements of different specifications as required by the drawings. It directly processes coiled bars into stirrups, requiring only one person for material receiving, saving labor, materials, space, and offering high speed. Fully automatic forming is simple, fast, waste-free, highly automated, and greatly improves production efficiency.

       Equipped with microcomputer control, featuring a color touch screen and button operation to prevent touch screen damage. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand.

         The NC rebar bending machine consists of an uncoiling rack → electric wire feeding section → horizontal straightening section → vertical straightening section → bending section → cutting section → control section, etc.

— Feature 1: Straightening System: Adopts the multi-wheel group straightening machine structure for Grade III steel developed by our factory over many years. It utilizes two sets of multi-wheel straightening—horizontal and vertical—for fast straightening speed. The machine exclusively employs 12 active multi-wheel groups to synchronously pull the steel bars, reducing the average pressure between the wheels and the bars, minimizing bar damage, lowering traction force, and decreasing motor power consumption. Since the vertical system is fully actively driven, the resistance of the straightening wheels is small, making straightening easy. This improves the qualification rate of stirrups, thereby reducing energy consumption and steel loss (although the manufacturing cost of the machine is also higher).

(Note: Imported equipment or imitations generally use only 2 active driving wheels, with some large bending machines using 4–6 active wheels. Moreover, the active wheels are located between the horizontal and vertical wheels. When the active wheels feed material backward, the resistance of the vertical passive straightening wheels behind is significant, making it difficult to straighten the bars effectively.)

— Feature 2: Bending: Driven by a servo motor to ensure precision in bending angles. The bending arm can rotate and retract rapidly. The straight reciprocating retraction structure makes the bending section nearly maintenance-free.

— Feature 3: Cutting System: The cutting motor is equipped with a brake control device without brake pads (invented by our factory). All rotating parts use bearing design, supporting high-speed frequent start-stop cutting. Over 10 years of use has proven it to be maintenance-free, high-speed, stable, reliable, and durable, completely eliminating maintenance tasks such as replacing brake pads or adjusting brake pad clearance.

— Feature 4: Control System: Utilizes advanced PLC program control, color touch screen display, and button input to reduce touch screen damage due to poor environmental conditions. It comes with built-in graphics for various stirrup shapes. Key components use imported brand-name products, and it features fault identification and alarm functions.

— Feature 5: Operation: To minimize the space occupied by the operation console and its impact on the surroundings, as well as the safety risks of control cables on the ground, the new model designs the operation panel on the main machine, allowing it to slide left and right. The machine can be easily moved with the construction site, requiring no installation or debugging, no control cable connections, and is ready for use upon connecting to a 380V power supply.

— Feature 6: Mobility: The mobile rebar bending machine can change its location as the work site shifts, breaking conventional limitations and making production more flexible.
